PassFAS (passfas.com) is an independent study tool for the NICET Fire Alarm Systems certification exams. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NICET, NFPA or Pearson VUE. By creating an account or buying a license you accept these terms.
Accounts
- Each account belongs to one person. Keep your password private and turn on two-step verification if you can.
- An account can be signed in on a limited number of devices at the same time. Signing in on a new device signs out the oldest one.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@passfas.com if you think someone else used it.
Licenses and seats
- A license gives lifetime access to the levels it lists: it does not expire and there is nothing to renew. “Lifetime” means for as long as PassFAS offers the service; if we ever close it, we will announce it on the site and by email at least 60 days in advance.
- Each seat is for one named person using their own account. The person who manages a company license may add and remove people from its seats at any time and may buy more seats.
What is not allowed
- Sharing an account or its password, or letting other people use your seat.
- Copying, photographing, screenshotting, recording, scraping, exporting or redistributing the questions, answers or explanations, in whole or in part, or using them to build another product.
- Reselling access, or getting around the limits and protections of the site.
If we find content from an account shared outside PassFAS, or signs of account sharing or scraping, we may suspend the account and the license it uses without a refund.
Content
All questions are original and written for practice. They are not real exam items, and passing practice exams does not guarantee a result on the real exam. Always check the current codes and NICET’s official materials.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, sends the receipt and handles billing questions and returns. Prices are in US dollars per seat; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

Changes
We may update the site and these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
